Clinical Supervision for Pre‑Licensed Social Workers

About My Supervision services

I offer structured, individualized, clinical supervision for pre‑licensed social workers in New York and Massachusetts who are working toward clinical licensure (LCSW or LICSW). My approach is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in ethical, evidence‑based practice. Supervision is tailored to your developmental level and clinical setting, with a strong focus on clinical skill‑building, professional identity formation, and readiness for independent practice.

I am a New York and Massachusetts‑licensed LCSW/LICSW with seven years of clinical experience across diverse populations and treatment settings. My supervision style balances structure and flexibility, ensuring your supervision hours and documentation meet Massachusetts and New York licensure requirements while also supporting your confidence and competence as a clinician.

My areas of clinical focus include working with teens and adults, with particular experience supporting clients around LGBTQ+ identities, self-esteem and self-identity concerns, life transitions, family and relationship dynamics, motherhood and parenting skills, trauma, PTSD and CPTSD. While I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities, my primary clinical frameworks include CBT-based approaches, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (parts work), with strong grounding in trauma-informed care. I also integrate a mind–body–emotional perspective, incorporating somatic awareness and nervous system–focused principles to support deeper clinical understanding and integration. Supervision may be especially supportive for clinicians interested in developing competence and confidence in these frameworks and populations.
